The Sports Complex in Brazzaville for the African Game is formed by:

  • Olympic stadium with a surface area of 121,989 m2

– Nautical complex with a surface area of 15,727,98 m2
– Sport palace of 4,240 m2 of surface area

  • A hotel with a total of 128 rooms and a surface area of 13,475,59 m2, restaurant for 250 guests and a conference room with capacity for 200 spaces. 
  • An Olympic villa with a surface area of 19,846,93 m2 constructed and 5,278,35 m2 of gardens.

– Social medical centre of 1,800 m2
– Security space
